Service with a smile I visited AMS as my usual opticians had closed. I was greeted on arrival by Sue and Rose. One of the arms of my glasses had fallen off and Rose said that she could fix it on the spot, and within a few minutes she had done so. She even told me that, if the arm fell off again, I could return. Whilst there, I took the opportunity of trying on other frames, with helpful feedback from Sue and Rose.
